Workday Analyst (Bangkok based, relocation provided)
About this position
Agoda is seeking a Workday Analyst based in Bangkok, with relocation provided, to drive projects and implement solutions that simplify work, automate tasks, and optimize business processes within the People operations.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of our case management platform, driving the product roadmap, ensuring proper adoption across teams, and optimizing reporting capabilities.
• Partner closely with key business stakeholders from Compensation & Benefits and Payroll teams to address their technology needs and align on priorities, timelines, issue resolution, testing and deployment plans.
• Configure, enhance, maintain, and optimize our wide range of People systems and tools (i.e. Workday, Zendesk, etc.) and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize workflows to address business needs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
