About this position

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Operations Specialist/Senior Specialist to join our Operations Excellence team at Agoda Flight. In this role, you will support our commercial growth by analyzing data, understanding our systems, and addressing any issues that hinder our progress.

Responsibilities

• Understand, optimize, and maintain our procedures, SOPs and systems to ensure efficient operation and troubleshoot any issues.
• Take ownership to analyze data and identify operational issues that impacting our suppliers and commercial performance.
• Convert insights into actions and reliably execute improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service) to streamline processes and support commercial initiatives.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the team’s overall success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge in SQL. Experience in quickly identifying system bugs, process issues, and develop/launch innovative solutions to fix problems at root cause.
