About this position

As a Manager – Fintech Data and Automation (FDA) at Agoda, you will leverage your experience to design, implement, and manage Oracle connectivity and reports that enhance Finance functions, collaborating with various departments to drive results.

Responsibilities

In This Role, You’ll Get to be:
• API Innovator: Develop and integrate custom APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Technical Owner: Oversee Oracle systems and reports, collaborating with Finance Users, IT, Product, Risk and Compliance, Auditors, and other departments.
• Project Manager: Manage projects with minimal supervision, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Change Driver: Build and design robust industry codes to deliver value to the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and organized.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing Oracle connectivity and reports.
