Executive Assistant Coordinator (1 year contract – Bangkok Based)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics for a variety of events and catering (e.g., internal meetings, corporate functions) and gradually learn to plan catering services.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarize with technologies and productivity tools.
• Create and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents; basic proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
• Oversee office duties such as sourcing supplies, managing VIP visitor badges, and maintaining swag inventory.
• Maintain and organize confidential documents and records; assist EA team members with administrative tasks.
• Provide relevant data and information to assist executive assistance in making decisions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve processes and encourage team collaboration.
• Provide ad-hoc support as required, swiftly handling urgent matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
