About this position

The NOC Engineer Intern position at Agoda offers an opportunity to work within the Network Operations Center, ensuring optimal technology product performance and customer experience. This internship runs from January to April 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll get to:
• Ensure that the services and platform are being re-actively & proactively monitored
• Escalate and coordinate any incidents in a timely manner or potential incidents to ensure the quickest service restoration time
• Analyze/Report potential trends to drive down repeated incidents
• Communicate clearly and concisely to the business/management the details of the incident, its impact to the business, and the steps to ensure timely resolution and prevention

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related fields
