About this position
The Deputy HR Department Manager - C&B is responsible for managing compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness, and overseeing succession planning within the organization.
Responsibilities
• To manage compensation and benefit survey and provide market data analysis, report by collaboratively working with HR consultant.
• To review the salary structure to ensure the market competitiveness according to market reference and market level benchmark.
• To manage annual compensation programs, Annual Salary Review and Performance Bonus, including budgeting and reporting.
• Identifying key roles and potential successors within the organization.
• Track and monitor succession planning activities and progress.
• Managing relationships between the company and employees, including unions and employee representatives.
• Ad-hoc from HR Division Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, HR, or a related area.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of labor relations practices and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS- SuccessFactors is advantage and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of job evaluation and grading system with HAY/ MERCER methodology.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good command of both written and spoken English.
