About this position
The Customer Technical Service Chief Engineer at AGC Vinythai (MTP1) is responsible for providing technical support, developing customer relationships, and ensuring product quality and commercialization.
Responsibilities
• Customer Technical Service – Technical support (product, regulatory)
• Customer development (new product, new application, testing, training)
• Customer claim & Product and Quality development project from scouting phase to ensure commercialization
• Plant - Quality monitoring to support production, QC and allocation team to identifying of product / customer / application
• Build a good relationship with business partners such as customer, Agency, additive suppliers and machine makers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Petrochemical or Polymer
• At least 3 experience in R&D or Customer Technical Service in Polymer, Plastic/additive compound would be preferable
• Experience in Polymer processing, plastic formulation
• Accountability, Enthusiastic and good in Customer focus concept
• Fluent in English
