About this position

The Product Planning (BIPV) position involves promoting glass products, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Customer Visit to promote Glass Product including the new product.
• Researching Marketing data, Marketing Strategy for customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.
• Calculate Product costing and analyze the company competitiveness.
• Cooperate with other section for analyze the product plan, producing, transportation to response customer’s demand.
• Responsible for customers complained and solve out problem.
• Follows up with customers to enhance Customer Satisfaction beyond expectation.
• Reporting to Supervisor (summary every month, Marketing data, Customer complain).
• Other Job Assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related fields.
• 0 - 3 years of experience (If have experience in photovoltaic product will be advantage).
• Able to use Microsoft office such as excel, word, and power point.
• Good in English Communication (TOEIC SCORE 600 up).
• Communication skill & Teamwork.
• Good personality, mature and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
