After You dessert café first opened in 2007. Signature desserts include Shibuya Honey Toast, Chocolate Lava Cake, Panookie, Figgy Pudding, etc. Customers loved the menu and started spreading the word ever since. After that many branches opened up around Bangkok. Now there are over 10 After You dessert cafés around town, and the number of staff has grown to a big family. The menu also improved from when the café first opened and new recipes are being tested and offered regularly. At After You dessert café the team strives to offer the most special cafés and best desserts made from the finest ingredients. The goal is to keep the very same standard of quality, service, and the warmth atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

About this position

The Training Manager is responsible for developing and managing training programs, ensuring effective training delivery, and supporting HR and Operations in development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual training plan and manages the training budget
• Assist department managers to develop and organize their training programs
• Conduct general orientation programs
• Conduct Train the Trainer Programs for Operations Management Team
• Organize supervisory and management development programs
• Coordinate the use of outside training resources
• Organize cross-training programs
• Assist management in analyzing training needs
• Support HR and Operations in all HR development programs
• Complete monthly training report
• Recognize good quality products and presentation
• Check and improves all service standards established by the company
• Maintain grooming standards for all personnel
• Coach and counsels all employees when applicable
• Provide the most effective training to all personnel regularly
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or any related fields
• At least five years of working experience in related field
• At least three years of management / supervisory experience
• Operations knowledge / experience is a plus
• Capability of training and development of all levels of staff
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• Strong in driving results and people management and development
