After You dessert café first opened in 2007. Signature desserts include Shibuya Honey Toast, Chocolate Lava Cake, Panookie, Figgy Pudding, etc. Customers loved the menu and started spreading the word ever since. After that many branches opened up around Bangkok. Now there are over 10 After You dessert cafés around town, and the number of staff has grown to a big family. The menu also improved from when the café first opened and new recipes are being tested and offered regularly. At After You dessert café the team strives to offer the most special cafés and best desserts made from the finest ingredients. The goal is to keep the very same standard of quality, service, and the warmth atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

About this position

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's important tasks are managed effectively while supporting key deadlines and projects. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle confidential documents and manage the executive's schedule with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Meet the assigned project's objectives and deliver an outstanding outcome with hands-on experience
• Ensuring CEO’s important tasks move along timelines and supporting key deadlines and projects
• Researching, preparing and processing confidential documents, presentations, and others assigned by CEO or delegated signatory
• Taking care of management’s schedule / meetings / appointments. Preparing related documents for meeting, taking minutes for both internal and external meetings
• Handling incoming and outgoing documents, emails for management
• Coordinate with external and internal parties
• Organizing the Executive’s personal commitments in a fully trustful and professional manner
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in related field
• Experience as a management trainee is a plus
• Good leadership, adaptability to change, problem solving skill, and analytical skills
• Good in computer skills especially MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent command of English both professional and conversational
• Good coordinator with strong organizing interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to handle multitasking and able to deal with complex meeting
• Able to work with stakeholders, clients and suppliers and representing the company, employees, and partners best interests at events, forums, and negotiations
• Reliable and Honest under all circumstances is a must
