After You dessert café first opened in 2007. Signature desserts include Shibuya Honey Toast, Chocolate Lava Cake, Panookie, Figgy Pudding, etc. Customers loved the menu and started spreading the word ever since. After that many branches opened up around Bangkok. Now there are over 10 After You dessert cafés around town, and the number of staff has grown to a big family. The menu also improved from when the café first opened and new recipes are being tested and offered regularly. At After You dessert café the team strives to offer the most special cafés and best desserts made from the finest ingredients. The goal is to keep the very same standard of quality, service, and the warmth atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

About this position

ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยส่วนตัวผู้บริหารมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการสร้างเนื้อหาวิดีโอที่น่าสนใจและการจัดการงานเอกสาร รวมถึงการประสานงานต่างๆ สำหรับผู้บริหาร.

Responsibilities

• รับผิดชอบการทำเนื้อหาวิดีโอที่น่าสนใจสำหรับแฟลตฟอร์ม social media เช่น TikTok, Facebook, Instagram และอื่นๆ
• จัดทำ storyboard ที่มีเนื้อหาสร้างสรรค์ ตรงความต้องการ ตามวัตถุประสงค์, เป้าหมาย และเทรนด์ต่างๆ
• ถ่ายวิดีโอต่างๆ ถ่ายรูป ตัดต่อ เพื่อนำมาทำคอนเทนส์บนแฟลตฟอร์ม social media เช่น TikTok, Facebook, Instagram และอื่นๆ
• จัดทำตารางเวลาและแจ้งเตือนนัดหมายต่างๆ สำหรับผู้บริหาร รวมถึงการติดตามผู้บริหารไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ
• รับผิดชอบงานเอกสารที่มาจากส่งงานภายในและภายนอก การรับ – ส่ง อีเมลสำหรับฝ่ายบริหาร ประสานงานกับส่วนต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ หรือหน้าที่พิเศษตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านการตลาด ศิลปกรรม นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ ศิลปกรรม โฆษณา หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) และการใช้งาน social media
• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์
• มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตและตัดต่อวิดีโอ
• ชื่นชอบการถ่ายรูป เล่น social media (ชอบทำ video content จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
