Marketing Administrative Assistant
About this position
AFRY is seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Administrative Assistant to support its growing business in Thailand. The role involves providing comprehensive marketing support and assisting the marketing team in various tasks.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive marketing support, including the coordination of daily administrative tasks and activities.
• Manage document control, filing, and organization of marketing-related materials.
• Coordinate and arrange reservations and bookings for team members as required (e.g., meetings, travel, events).
• Assist in the development and formatting of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, brochures, and proposals.
• Support the marketing team in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to assist in strategy development.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the marketing team.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a multinational environment.
• Marketing Support Experience: Proven experience in supporting marketing activities, including the development of presentations, report formatting, and proposal writing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and multinational project team.
• Self-Motivation: High degree of self-learning, initiative, and responsibility, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Additional Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving are desirable.
