We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a solid background in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for LNG projects, particularly LNG import terminals. The ideal candidate will lead the FEED phase of a major LNG infrastructure project in Thailand, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Lead Project Management: Oversee all project activities during the FEED phase, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the defined quality standards.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Regularly update the project schedule to reflect progress and address any changes.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, ensuring all project requirements are met. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflow and improve project efficiency.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency. Provide regular updates on budget status and implement cost-saving measures when needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure that project objectives are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Continuously monitor project risks and adjust plans as needed to address emerging challenges.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of project output.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership to the project team, guiding and mentoring team members. Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented work environment.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in LNG projects or related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LNG project lifecycle, engineering principles, and regulatory requirements.
