Aeroklas Co.Ltd or ARK is a member of the Eastern Polymer Group of Companies (EPG) and has been producing finished rubber and plastic products for over 50 years. In 1996 the company expanded its business into producing pick-up truck bed liner under the Aeroliner and Heroliner brands and is now recognized as the leading manufacturer in the Thai market. The company has now diversified to cover a range of car and pickup truck accessory products for both Thailand and overseas markets.
About this position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Handle general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and support the annual audit process.
• Work closely with internal teams to support budgeting and financial planning.
• Communicate and coordinate with local and international stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
