Responsibilities
• Product and Marketing Development: Lead the development and execution of product and marketing strategies for AIS Cloud services.
• Business Ownership: Take responsibility for the success and growth of the cloud product line.
• Cloud Consumption Focus: Drive initiatives to increase cloud service consumption, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Customer and Partner Success: Collaborate closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure their success with AIS Cloud solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams including sales, engineering, and customer support to align product and marketing efforts with business goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and managing releases.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote AIS Cloud services, including digital marketing, events, and content creation.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product and marketing initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cloud business or related industry, with a strong background in product and marketing development.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving business objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
