Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to manage stocks and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage data entry and maintenance of customer orders, shipments, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations flow, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain filing records for each shipment with all required supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Support the team in various ad hoc activities as and when required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Check and prepare required documents for the import process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Follow up on signed contracts with contractors once approved by legal, ensuring timely execution of agreements.
• Conduct regular checks of stock in the warehouse, both physical and in reports, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
• Submit insurance claims for cargo damage when necessary, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
• A degree in Economics / Business / Commercial discipline with a focus in agriculture and/or international trade.
• Minimum 3-year experience working in Supply Chain, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Warehouse and Local Distribution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous.
• Fluency in English preferred.
