About this position

Senior Laboratory Analyst is responsible to organizes, coordinates and supervises the activities and work of Quality Control Team to ensure that all work is organized safely, effective & efficient in accordance with operating procedures and policies, the products meet or exceed all established quality requirements so company profit can be maximized by continuously improve and enhance the laboratory's service capabilities in the field of premixes, continuously improve and stabilize the testing level, and ensure the completion of the goals of each period through continuous optimization and updating of methods, equipment, processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine quality analysist priorities based on the established daily & weekly productions
• Make monitoring program for raw material & finish goods in order to meet the set standards related to content & undesirable substances (Heavy Metals, Dioxin, Microbiology, Allergen, Residue Pesticide, etc.)
• Do microbiological analysist & environment test
• Communicates with related stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Lab quality activities.
• Ensures all work is performed in compliance with all relevant safety & quality regulations and procedures in order to prevent any incidents or mistake
• Control & documenting Lab. quality records
• Do daily maintenance and basic maintenance of instruments.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Animal Nutrition, or any related majors.
• Have 3-5 years in job related experience. Have experience in Animal Feed or FMCG industries will be an advantage
• Have strong analytical thinking skills and detail oriented
• Have strong skills in operating instruments
• Have good knowledge and experience about food safety & HSE regulation
• Have good problem solving and decision making skills
• Able & willing to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Program especially Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills both in English & Bahasa
