About this position

ADK Thai Co., Ltd. is seeking a Media Planning Manager to lead the agency's media planning efforts, focusing on creativity and effective customer engagement across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid media planning.
• Develop and executing media strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
• Oversee media plan development, including research, negotiation, and placement.
• Monitor and analyze media performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Foster relationships with media vendors and partners.
• Ensure all media plans meet the client's objectives and KPIs.
• Create and manage comprehensive media plans across digital, print, TV, and other channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align media plans with creative strategies.
• Analyze market trends and audience data to optimize media plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform media strategy.
• Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
• Track media expenditures and adjust plans to stay within budget.
• Responsible for overall media objectives and strategies that fulfill client business objectives.
• Participates on new business pitches and other areas of importance on departmental and agency levels.
• Drive performance media strategies and performance according to client requirements & targets.
• Beyond the media task itself but love the creative work and understanding also can initiated and recommending how creative will work integrated on each platform under the communication big idea.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in media planning (off line base is a plus), within a media agency or creative agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful media strategies.
• Extensive experience across multiple media channels, including digital, print, TV, and social media.
• Deep understanding of media research, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with media vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new media platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
