Creative Event Designer
About this position
To conceptualize, design, and execute creative event ideas and layouts that enhance the experiential journey of the target audience while meeting client objectives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team to develop innovative design concepts
• Create and develop visually compelling designs that align with client briefs and branding.
• Produce a range of design assets, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and typography for different platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that drive innovation and enhance design projects.
• Design assets for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets high standards of quality and creativity.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and relevant design approaches to the agency
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communication Arts, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative design, creative event production, preferably within an agency or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects across different media.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and design innovation.
