About this position
The R&D Technologist position involves developing food products, particularly in the beverage, bakery, or plant-based sectors, while ensuring compliance with specifications and supporting customer trials.
Responsibilities
• Conduct and validate internal product’s evaluation as relevant.
• Handle initial non-commercialized production to support customer’s trails and validations before commercialization per business needs.
• Validate and provide the data for approval of new raw materials and/or alternative suppliers for manufacturing blended food additives per the aligned specifications.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in food product development, preferably in beverage, bakery or plant based.
• Strong knowledge of food science, including additives and functional ingredients.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• English communicate.
