About this position

The Chemist position requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and involves handling product analysis, quality reporting, and equipment management in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Handling of finished product analysis, provide quality report and release product in SAP in accordance with specification including equipment and chemical management in laboratory.
• Manage analysis of all incoming RM & Auxiliary material, in-process control sample and finished product as per inspection plan based on product quality and design product/raw material quality following specification.
• Report the test result and inform relevant team when an issue or defect occurs.
• Implement new methods and new equipment including method validation and prepare relevant procedures.
• Release raw materials in SAP system as per specification.
• Provide trend analysis for RMs, in-process control and finished product.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
• New graduate or up to 3 years of experience.
• Able to work in shifts, with 6 working days per week.
