DLB Channel Management Associate
About this position
The DLB Channel Management Associate is responsible for supporting sales strategy development, executing sales initiatives, and monitoring sales performance to maximize revenue potential.
Responsibilities
• Support sales and account retention strategy development
• Conduct sales forecasting and resource allocation to maximize revenue potential
• Execute sales initiatives, including the sales campaign, promotions, customer acquisition and retention
• Own DLB product sales target
• Implement sales metrics monitoring procedure to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital lending business, sales, or relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and lead teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative and comprehensive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and innovatively, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
