Supervisor, Health Safety Environment & Ergonomics
About this position
The Supervisor, Health Safety Environment & Ergonomics is responsible for overseeing and managing health, safety, and environmental practices within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Centralize all documentation of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001 and maintain for 3rd party audit and re certificate audit across TH
• Review, update and communicate related HSE&E document to SHE plants personal.
• Register legal compliance and update status monthly and deployment to HSE plants.
• To be coordinator for plant annual health checkup program and safety week and support SG&A.
• S@FER system - manage records within S@FER, aid in proper record keeping, extract data, verify accuracy of data in system. information from system and report to SHE manager.
• Review, update and communicate related document to HSE locations
• Support internal audit process across TH.
• Monthly update to Manager, Health Safety Environment & Ergonomic
• Collaborate with plant HSE for surveillance audit by 3rd party
• Preparing the materials and coordinating with safety week, safety theme based, annual health checkup program in place
• Handle SHE activities into plant assignment to including:
• Ensure the PPE available and suit with working place
• To handle all emergency related and focused chemical spill emergency
• HSE&E Training for current employees and new employees, contractors, Environment monitoring and make sure good condition of workplace
• Take care of all waste management process
• Update all HSE&E regulation and distribute to concerned department
• Handle all accident reporting, investigation, near miss and lesson learn implement
• Lead a safety audit, BBS, AMS, Total Safety Culture, Safety Week and ensure corrective action in place.
• Develop tool, program to encourage or improve issue related to HSE
• Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in the workplace.
• HSE audit, internal audit, operation control audit
• Responsible for Ergonomic Assessment (HRT4E) and maintain in standard compliance
• Summarize all issue and update the status to management
• Ensure monthly HSE meeting is conduct and communicate minute to shopfloor
• Update all HSE information and communicate to related function
• Handle all HSE daily activity
• Special assignment by next levels in Safety Department
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in safety and health occupational or related field in Safety functional.
• 5-years’s experience related in safety function or implement ISO 14001 / ISO 45001/ISO50001 management system
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Good computer skills in program Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good attitude and team
