About this position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy and quality of our eCommerce Market Insight data. Your role will involve validating data quality, monitoring for accuracy, and troubleshooting issues to ensure our platform provides reliable and accurate insights.

Responsibilities

• Validate and Ensure Data Quality: Perform regular checks to validate and ensure the quality of eCommerce market insight data.
• Monitor Data Accuracy: Continuously monitor and assess the accuracy of the data to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Identify and Communicate Discrepancies: Detect and communicate any data discrepancies to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Analyze and Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and troubleshoot the causes of data spikes or missing data from the platform.
• Explore Long-Term Solutions: Identify and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring data issues.
• Validate Brand and Category Data: Ensure the readiness of brand and category data for sales pitching or customer onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Teams: Communicate and collaborate with developers, product owners, and product managers to address data issues and apply effective solutions.
• Develop and Implement SOPs: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure data integrity in future operations.
• Perform Other Tasks: Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Manage Data as a Team Member: Work efficiently as part of a larger team to manage and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data validation, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and analyze data within a team environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and market insights is a plus.
• Good Command in Thai & English both spoken & written.
