About this position

We are seeking an Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing team of technical experts where you will build and deliver our large-scale systems that helps our clients to accelerate their e-commerce business in the Southeast Asia market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and identify testing strategies that maximize test coverage and/or improve system reliability and performance within an agile development team.
• Ability to work with Business Analysts on testing options and strategies to drive the production of high quality systems. We want people who get a kick out of uncovering those hard-to-find bugs and devising method to avoid the bug in the first place.
• Execute and monitor testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected while evaluating the impact of the defects that emerge.
• Utilize an automation test framework and add test cases as needed to ensure frequent test coverage.
• Works as Hybrid team with a mix of in-house and outsource ensuring the deliverable result is in high quality standard and strictly well follow security policy.
• Works closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results.
• As team’s member in validating thorough testing, ensuring that project goals are met.
• Help client determine UAT approach and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem skills as well as an attention to details.
• At least 3-5 year’s experiences working in Website development (E-commerce is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team focused on bringing great services to market.
• Experience in large-scale software development.
• Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage the small team.
• Good problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
