Product Communication Internship

The Product Communication Internship involves creating product-related content, assisting in product launches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
• Create and update product-related content, including product descriptions, user guides, manuals, and marketing materials. This may also involve writing blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Help plan and execute product launches, which may include creating launch materials, coordinating events or webinars, and preparing press releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, sales, KAMs, and Store Operations to ensure consistent and effective communication about the product.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, sharing product-related content, and engaging with the audience.
• Help design and execute email marketing campaigns related to product updates, promotions, or announcements.
• Work with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development, making sure that communication materials align with product improvements.
