Lead - Payroll
About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle monthly payroll and ensure that the process proceeds correctly and on time
• Manage the benefits program such as Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Compensation, and Promotions.
• Support line managers/ employees on key HR Operations such as performance management, development planning, employee survey, disciplinary action, employee transfers.
• Update and maintain employee records, reports, and document files (manpower, transfer, attendance, leave, disciplinary action, traditional holidays, etc.)
• Support Employee Relations activities and correspond on internal user requests.
• Coordinate with other departments in accordance with HR jobs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and attendance operation processes
• Experience of using Business Plus payroll program is preferable.
• Good abilities in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Thai & English
• Attention to details
