The VRT Engineer (Quality) is responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, establishing operational evaluation mechanisms, and ensuring effective implementation of quality processes within the organization.
• Clarify quality goals, form a VRT team, identify top issues, and lead the rectification process.
• Establish a quality improvement (VRT) operational evaluation mechanism and assess the performance of the cross-departmental research (VRT) team.
• Responsible for the establishment, operation, promotion, and improvement of the quality improvement (VRT) process.
• Track quality metrics and analyze data trends. Based on daily market-related quality information, verify containment measures on-site to ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor the process quality performance after the implementation of temporary and permanent measures, and track and verify the effectiveness of these measures.
• Use 8D and FORM4 to analyze the root causes of related issues, and develop temporary and permanent measures. Ensure the timely implementation of these measures.
• Supervise, inspect, and ensure the implementation of quality plans for process quality improvement projects.
• Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Major requirement: related majors such as Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in the application of quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 8D, QCM, etc.
• Familiar with the structural design, raw material requirements, performance requirements, and test standard requirements of automotive products.
• Proficient in computer application technology; skilled in using AutoCAD, CATIA, and UG software.
• Strong language expression and team collaboration skill, strong sense of responsibility, and good at solving problems using new working methods.
