HR - Talent Acquisition Assistant (1-Year contract - Renewable)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Recruitment Activities (arranging medical checkup and criminal checking, preparing job offers and consolidate documents for successful candidates).
• Conducting recruitment and selection processes.
• Pre-screening, interviewing, and providing short-listed candidates to business units.
• Facilitate Onboarding Program.
• Being responsible for various other assignments to support the company business and comply with Corporate HR strategy and policies.
• Other tasks which are related to HR (Admin, ER, Operations).
Requirements
• High Vocational or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Experience in HR or Recruitment 1-2 years in Factory or Manufacturing. New Grad also welcome.
• Able to start working immediately will be considered.
• Good Command in English.
• Initiative skills and Can do attitude.
• Computer and Microsoft office literacy.
• Willing to base in Rayong (Bankhai) and ability to travel to work byself.
