About this position

The Supplier & Vendor Management Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing defective processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, processing imports and exports, and conducting operational data analysis to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Vendor/Suppliers effectively. Making a Claim, Repair and Destruction of waste for maximum efficiency and benefit to the business in accordance with business policies and agreements
• Operate and perform work to control and manage defective in the process. (Inventory control and Aging Control)
• Collaborate effectively with Material Management, supplier and relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and production schedule of direct materials, indirect materials and other.
• Coordinate and process imports and exports. to manufacturers and supplier both domestically and abroad Including controlling transportation costs for maximum efficiency. It is beneficial to the organization.
• Create standard operational data analysis, including cost analysis and control, to manage operational processes efficiently and meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the Computer, Electronics, Devices, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in managing departments, and overseeing and complex activities and processes.
• Strong abilities in communication, influence, and negotiation
• Strong command of English, including writing, reading, and communication skill
