About this position

Responsibilities
âĒ Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
âĒ Implementing sales strategies across the Region and monitoring effectiveness
âĒ Devising and implementing the companyâs sales strategy
âĒ Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators.
âĒ Presenting sales results to the Management committee on a quarterly and annual basis.
âĒ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelor or Masterâs Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
âĒ Experience in sale team role in retail and commercial industry
âĒ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
âĒ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
âĒ Fluent in English skills, both written and spoken.
âĒ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
