SharePoint Tech Lead
About this position
As a SharePoint Tech Lead, you will play a key role in the design, management and optimization of SharePoint solutions. The role will also include project & team management, L3 support and product team supporting.
Responsibilities
RUN
• Provide maintenance and technical support for the solutions deployed on SharePoint and mainly AccorLive Intranet.
• Manage technical third-party providers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
• Participate in the development and management of governance in line with technological developments and the company's needs.
• Draft support and technical documents
BUILD
• Participate in the design, configuration, management and support of SharePoint Online solutions, while ensuring their performance and scalability.
• Manage the roadmap in collaboration with the production team
• Lead the planning, budget, execution, and successful delivery of the projects.
• Collaborate with the products owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy during execution.
• Ensure and supervise the product development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance aligned with the editor.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology, integrating them into the design and development of new systems and features.
• Train and support the development team and the QA team
Requirements
Expertise & Background
• Proven experience in SharePoint Development, management and deployment
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem & .Net development
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Complete knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem and change management)
• Ability to communicate clearly and share knowledge with technical teams.
