Human Resources Executive
About this position
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the hiring process, onboarding, and maintaining positive relationships with consultants while ensuring effective communication and support within the team.
Responsibilities
• Coordination with candidates after selections and taking the hiring process ahead. For External & Internal both.
• Negotiating/Convincing external Consultants who wanted to back out to accept our offer.
• Orientation & Onboarding for all employees.
• SSO & Medical Insurance addition & deletion.
• Attendance/Leave Tracker Management
• Have some selling skills.
• Timesheet collection for External Candidates.
• Cultivate good interpersonal relationships with Consultants to trust you as HR.
• Resolve consultant's complaints & Issues quickly and effectively discussing with Sales Team.
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the consultants.
• Keep the all team motivated.
Requirements
• Good English & Thai Communications Skills are required.
• Open Minded, Proactive & Creative are great to have.
• Any Recruiter with Agency Experience who wants to work in Corporate HR can apply.
