About this position
This position is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the Corporate Talent & Culture teams whilst providing ongoing support with the implementation and management of Talent & Culture processes across Middle East, Asia and Pacific. This role will focus on streamlining administrative operations, to deliver continuous support and execution of Talent & Culture initiatives.

Requirements
• 2+ years experience in a HR administrator role or similar.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce or Human Resources related field.
• Sound level of experience as a Human Resources professional.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communicator, collaborative in your approach and adaptable.
• A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with HRIS, data management, and a strong ability to adapt to new technologies.
