About this position

The Spa Supervisor at Grand Mercure Hotel in Seminyak Bali is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring professional service, and leading the team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Support the daily Spa Operations team,
• Provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the Spa with a focus on service and operational logistics
• Connect with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
