About this position

The Reservation Supervisor at Grand Mercure Hotel in Seminyak Bali is responsible for managing daily operations of the Reservations Department and supporting the team to achieve departmental objectives while maintaining the hotel's reputation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department and support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives
• Maintains a very good reputation for the Hotel and assists to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel
• Responsible for ensuring the team complies with ResaVision standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel Reservations
• Accor Background will be plus point.
