About this position
Responsibilities
• Carry out routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues across various systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest comfort and safety.
• Ensure the hotel's facilities are efficient and functional.
Requirements
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar technical role, ideally in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
• Good grasp of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
