Commis II - Bakery serves a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional quality of bakery products and supporting the culinary team in delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Assist in the daily operations of the bakery section.
• Ensure that all products are prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
