Responsibilities
• Oversee the section or station within the kitchen.
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
