About this position

The Butler provides the highest level of personalized service to the guests at Raffles Jakarta, ensuring a warm, gracious, and exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas
• Assist with reservations, dining, and transportation arrangements
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Uphold the Raffles brand standards and values

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and a passion for service
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
