About this position

The position of SAP Solution Manager, Senior Analyst at Accenture involves leveraging expertise in SAP Solution Manager and Application Lifecycle Management to support project teams and deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in SAP Solution Manager and general SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Utilize project management principles to manage project scope, risks, and stakeholders
• Build and motivate high-performing project teams
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Having a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager and general SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Based in Seamarang or willing to relocate to Semarang (hybrid)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing project teams
• Solid understanding of project management principles, including scope management, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment
