Salesforce Technical Architect
About this position
Responsibilities
• Define Technical Architectures to maximize business value of Salesforce technology
• Ensure solutions align with Roadmap and Blueprints for each domain
• Shape technical architecture with clients and scope projects
• Evaluate technology trade-offs and make choices within project constraints
• Own implementation tasks from planning to deployment
• Support development team in technical design and platform customization
• Develop technical documentation and gap analysis
• Communicate concepts and solution approaches effectively
• Solutioning, effort estimation, and delivery planning
• Define data management, migration, and integration strategies
• Lead and ensure successful delivery of CRM implementations
• Manage project team members and resource requirements
• Define business and functional requirements
• Conduct fit gap analysis against Salesforce features
• Coordinate communication with customers
• Disseminate best practices and support pre-sales activities
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform
• Good functional and technical knowledge in Salesforce
• Ability to lead project teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in solutioning, effort estimation, and delivery planning
• Expertise in data management, migration, and integration strategies
• Knowledge of CRM implementations and best practices
• Experience in pre-sales activities and proposal development
