The Trust & Safety QA Team Lead is responsible for overseeing site quality performance, driving quality targets, and developing team members while maintaining strong relationships with client counterparts.

• Drive and lead RCA, Analysis, Action plans
• Drive Quality Targets
• Developing people
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with client counterparts
• Coordinating and managing assigned capability roles
• Managing measured productivity of team
• Experience managing productivity-driven operation
• Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
• Ability to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Management reporting experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime; or swing shifts as needed.
