About this position

Accenture is a global professional services company that offers Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations services, focusing on digital, cloud, and security. The Process Improvement Consultant will develop and execute finance transformation strategies to create value and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and cost reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of finance transformation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions to support finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
