About this position

Position responsible for coordinating and managing procurement activities both domestically and internationally. In charge of sourcing new suppliers, coordinating with shipping agents, and handling import-export documentation. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage procurement activities both domestically and internationally.
• Oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to completion.
• Manage documentation related to import-export and other related tasks.
• Source new suppliers for every responsibility.
• Coordinate and communicate with shipping agents to calculate import costs.
• Coordinate with shipping agents to efficiently plan import operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and import.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Diligent, patient, honest, and responsible.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in BOI is a plus.
