About this position

Reporting to the AEM Customer Excellence Manager, the specialist will be a key enabler in driving the high performance of the brand and in field teams to support organizational growth in Thailand. Overall responsibility for the administration and system maintenance for sales database integrity including monthly data reconciliation, system support dashboard solution, and performance tracking. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Business performance analysis & reporting:
• Provide support in sales target setting, and design and populate sales target models as well as incentive calculation process.
• Prepare regular reports to measure sales vs target results and SFE KPIs for representatives and managers across the various products and geographies.
• Ensure validity and accuracy of distributor/ internal data used in sales reporting systems and reports.
• Involve in the implementation of the sales database, maintain, and generate the report for the sales team.
• Lead and Implementation on business intelligence (BI) and CRM-related solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing relevant competitor data, both company and product related.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and reporting for sale and other data through the agreed request process.
• Other tasks/projects will be assigned from time to time.
• Sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics & management:
• Recommend, and support to implement methods and techniques to improve analytical procedures within the sales force via Veeva CRM & BI tool.
• Function as the admin contact for any discrepancies with sales data in the Abbvie BI platform and CRM platform.
• Support the Commercial team in developing a database related to sales force effectiveness and sales data to improve the efficiency of in field as requested.
• Support IFTs to deliver valuable interactions with stakeholders that change their behaviors via SFE KPIs.
• Other tasks/projects will be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality Only*
• Over 4-5 years of experience in business analysis and sales force effectiveness (SFE), preferably pharmaceutical/ medical device experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or business admin or Mathematics
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and database management is preferable.
• Experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Veeva and CRM solution and sales data etc.) is preferable.
