Product Specialist - Neuroscience (Hybrid)

The Product Specialist - Neuroscience will create a Business Development Plan for key accounts, build strong customer relationships, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure proper budget usage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets through all indication approval of Neuroscience portfolio & service and KPIs in assigned areas
• Responsible for establishing key customers and expanding market in assigned areas
• Demonstration strong disease and product knowledge and related selling skill
• Collect and utilize all necessary marketing information. Identify potential impacts to business.
• Prepare territories plan and strategy
• Implement and execute key marketing & sales activities/ programs under marketing plan & strategy that meet their objectives and appropriate KPIs
• Initiate & implement innovative programs/ projects to support brand growth
• Deliver product presentations/RTDs/ Workshops to customer groups
• Support key medical expert development / management programs
• Responsible for KOLs development and strengthen professional partnership with our target KOLs pool by updating scientific information and discussion with them about treatment and management as well as find out the treatment gap with professional objection handing in helping them improve patient outcomes
• Work collaborative with product manager to drive PROUD network meeting
• Develop training curriculum with KOLs/Trainer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Science is necessary
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical business. Experience in Neuroscience is preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Good English communications
• Energetic and be able to work independently
• Good in strategic thinking and highly organized with accuracy and speed, value and integrity
• Dynamic, proactive with can do attitude and able to multi-task
• Able to travel up-country
• Works within integrity & compliance policies and all company policies
• Familiar with IT and programs related with sale analysis and can interpret sale data e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Dashboard etc.
