About this position

The Oversea Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the procurement of goods from international suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing goods from international suppliers
• Research and evaluate overseas suppliers
• Coordinate import processes and logistics
• Manage import documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Negotiate prices and purchase terms with suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oversea procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Knowledge of import processes and related documentation
• Proficient in relevant computer software for purchasing
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
