About this position
The Sales Manager leads and supervises a team of professionals, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and coordination without budget or hire/fire authority.
Responsibilities
• Leads/supervises a team of 2 or more professionals.
• First level manager of a work team that could comprise professionals, technical and/or administrative staff.
• Typically without budget or hire/fire authority.
• Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.
• Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors.
Requirements
• Associates Degree (± 13 years)
• Minimum 4 years
