About this position

To ensure compliance of financial & tax regulations and internal policies and provide financial support to operating divisions of Abbott Laboratories Thailand and Abbott Medical Thailand entities.

Responsibilities

• Being the Head of CFS department in country and manage accounting, tax, treasury, internal control and legal establishment of two entities.
• Dealing with external and internal auditors, LTO (Large Taxpayers Office) and ensure compliance with local legal and corporate requirements.
• Manage a team of 14 staffs. Responsible for supervising, motivating, training and developing the team.
• General accounting functions including general ledger, general accounting policies and practices and financial reporting.
• Responsible for inventory costing, fixed assets and service equipment controls, review of accounts payable payments, journal voucher transactions and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Timely preparation and review of financial report. Prepare monthly division Profit and Loss and Year -end CAR reports, Tax Memo and Transfer Pricing documents.
• Special projects as directed by Corporate or Finance Director (e.g. system implementation, business acquisition/divestiture, entity integration)
• Responsible for CFS budget control and RLBE submission

Requirements

• Accounting graduate, preferred CPA.
• Minimum 7 years experience in relevant role.
• Advanced level spreadsheet experience.
• Multi-national exposure is preferred.
